Feature Requests for Mobile App

It would be nice to be able to manually add predicted income (like from planned one-off side hustles) to the budget to accurately predict budgeting more closely

Just like the budget tab has ability to categorize spending into categories (ie auto & transport, travel, rent, medical, gifts, charity) ... can we please have categories for earnings as well? I work multiple jobs, my husband works separately, we have passive and active income, W-2 income and 1099. If possible, we would like to categorize and know how much each position/side project makes so we can more easily see our monthly income from each endeavor. We would list it either under Project names, or income sources. We currently do this by hand every month but it would be much more convenient (and appreciated) if this was imbedded in the Earnings tab. We are a spillover from Mint (when that shutdown) and absolutely miss this feature. Would greatly appreciate it if you brought it back ... pretty pretty please. Thank you.

Just like expenses it would be great to have the income section grouped by section. It would be helpful for contractors and people that has multiple sources of income to see a group of total income from each source just like the expense section. Showing each source % contribution to total income.

If a paycheck has deductions (such as child support, etc,) it would be nice to have a feature to itemize the income as such. For example, if gross pay is $3,000 and child support is $1,000, the net amount of income I see on my bank account would be $2,000. Instead of just having $2,000 as income on rocket money, it would be nice to split it into two lines and show the gross pay of $3,000 and the deduction of $1,000. That way it'll be easier to keep track of those deductions, which often times could be a major expense that needs to be analyzed.

Teachers do not get paid on the 1st of the month which skews my budget. We also only get paid once a month. I would like to be able to adjust my “month” to match my pay days, e.g. 25th-25th.

I split income 50/50 between a brokerage account (investments) and a checking account (spend) but it doesn't seem like Rocket Money supports tracking transactions within a brokerage account, including income received in that account. This means income is deflated compared to actuals and I can't see dividend reinvestments either.

Modifying recurring income after a pay increase should be easier. Currently, when you edit an income item it doesn't always show on your Dashboard. Same is true for expenses.

I get paid every other week on Friday - this month it added an additional pay day in a Monday and on a Friday - saying I will have more than $2k coming in that will not come in. WTF? How does this even happen - this is bare minimum functionality.

I get paid the 15th and would like to start my month on that day. Currently, the program shows me over budget because expenses from last pay period ("last month") are on my current pay period.

I receive additional income through child support and freelance work which is not deposited in my linked account.
