I'd like help negotiating Credit Card Interest Rates as with PayPal Credit.

At the end of last year YOU, rocket negotiated a reduction for Sirius that I DID NOT ASK FOR!!!!! You then stole $45 from me when I had made it clear in numerous emails that I had already cancelled that subscription the month prior and that IT would become final in January. So I have now gone to trust pilot and several other similar review sites to expose ur practices.

I was trying to use your suggestions for lowering my vehicle insurance but when putting in vehicle information it did not have an option for my motorcycle. I’ve got a ninja 400 2023 and it was unable to let me add it. So now i cannot compare rates through rocket money.

You used to negotiate lower bills for public storage, I know because you helped me once and that made me faithful to the app. I no longer have the option to do that. Can you bring that back please?

Though I appreciate saving. I do not appreciate the negotiation fee coming out at one time. Take out monthly as that is how I realize my savings. Plus I could have negotiated the same savings and had all the money to myself.

Would LOVE concierge to also assist us with negotiating lower APR with each credit card company/account.

It's one of our largest expenses - auto and home insurance. Huge opportunity for Rocket Money if you could find a way for us to link you to our insurance provider and you automatically compare apples to apples for our coverages and policies and can save us by showing other vendors we can work with. (Like you do with other service providers)

For you all to be able to ask them to take less and get them to send a paper with regular creditor terms on agreement etc

When a vendor increases their prices, it would be nice to select a negotiation “button” to see if the price can be reduced or if there’s a discount that can be applied.

Netflix, YouTube TV, etc. I keep seeing options to subscribe at lower prices but my subscription rates keep going up. Please consider an ability to lower subscription bills like these.
