Hello, I am writing because I am extremely frustrated with an issue that has been going on for months. I have been trying repeatedly to connect my Sam’s Club account to my Rocket Money account, and it simply will not work. This connection is important for me to track my spending and manage my finances, and the fact that it still has not been resolved after months is very disappointing. I have spent a lot of time trying different attempts to make this work, and at this point I feel like I have received no real support or solution. As a paying member, I expected a much better experience. Because of this ongoing problem, I would like to cancel my Sam’s Club membership. It does not make sense for me to continue paying for a membership when I cannot properly integrate my account with the financial tools I use. Please confirm the following for me: That my membership has been canceled The effective cancellation date Whether any refund is available due to this unresolved issue I would also appreciate if someone could review this connection problem with Rocket Money so other members do not continue to experience the same issue.
