Feature Requests for Mobile App

I’ve noticed many users requesting AI functionality that could personalize and streamline financial management. Origin already offers this with features like its AI Budget Builder and intelligent financial assistant. Based on the feedback in Rocket Money’s own feature board, there’s strong demand for similar tools—users want AI that can: • Analyze transactions and spending trends to make tailored saving or budgeting suggestions • Let them chat naturally with their data (e.g., “How much did I spend eating out last month?” or “What can I cut to save $500 this quarter?”) • Automate categorization, budgeting, and forecasting tasks • Provide scenario-based analysis (“Could I afford this expense?”) and even tax insights Integrating a secure, privacy-focused AI assistant that combines these abilities would not only meet user expectations but help Rocket Money stay competitive as AI-driven finance tools become the norm.

Why not have an option to print a spending report?

Allow for sub-categories, so you can look at expenses from a category overview (Auto & Transportation) but then break it down to a more granular level (Car Payment, Fuel, Parking, Tolls, Public Transportation, etc).

Allow us to set our own custom Budget date on the calendar instead of just being from the 1st of the month to the end of the month. For those of us that get paid in the middle of the month (the 15th of every month), we need to be able to set our budget from the 15th to 14th of the next month and see our spending in that time period as well.

You should make it to where you can plan ahead for next month's budget. Like it's the end of May, and I wish I could plan June's budget ahead of time so I'm not scrambling on the 1st.

1) Manually override a category while reviewing recent transactions 2) revisit transaction later (e.g. in a subsequent review recent transactions session) 3) the manually setting has reverted to prior setting If a user takes the trouble to manually override a category, whether default, of rule based, the USER'S setting should take precidence!

I have both business and personal expenses on the same cards and I would love a way to easily track both sets of expenses and see budget breakdowns for both. This would be super helpful when it gets to tax season and when am trying to submit expenses for reimbursements.

The app it’s almost perfect, but I need understand really good. I’m prefer my language. Spanish

I wish this app had tools for freelance and contract workers with inconsistent income. It would be extremely helpful to be able to manage our income with tools that take into account changing income, various sources of income, quarterly tax payments, and write offs.
