I've been looking at my financial information on your app and realized I really need to move all my payments to the second paycheck of the month. My Rocket Money app is one of those payments that needed to be changed, and I figured it would be easy. Unfortunately, that's not possible online and the app's AI help suggested I cancel my membership and resubscribe on the date I want the payment to occur. This is slightly frustrating as I don't want to go without the app for 12+ days and Rocket Monet markets themselves as the customer's advocate against subscriptions. Cancelling bad subscriptions and being on the side of the customer. If they are a good subscription, it should be easy to change the payment date to accommodate the customers' situation.
