Feature Requests for Mobile App

Requiring ID verification to turn off / switch to a new MFA is not pleasant. Every other app lets me do this easily. If you need MFA always, allow me to add a new one before removing previous one. Also where are you on supporting passkeys?

I believe this is a given, most financial institutions make me use this type of feature. Please add it.

Ability to add email as a 2FA option instead of just text, calls, or an authenticator app

support physical security keys for authentication (i.e. Ubikeys). I find it really surprising that physical keys and passkeys aren't supported

I would like to have the option to update my MFA preferences anytime in the app

While there is limited banking information on the account, I think that 2 factor authentication would be a good feature to have. I would definitely utilize it.

There should be a way to require a pin to access the app once your phone is opened. If there is a way to do this, I couldn’t find it.

I an currently abroad and got logged out and cannot log back in because I don’t have access to my phone number
