Feature Requests for Mobile App

The updated app is faster but still the screen unlock is not working!

I believe this is a given, most financial institutions make me use this type of feature. Please add it.

Rocketmoney supports SMS (mobile) based MFA and emails. This is very much legacy and well known to be less secure than other forms of MFA such as TOTP or Passwordless. Security support for passwordless and TOTP login - Time based One time Password would really give me more comfort that RocketMoney is taking security seriously. Especially the TOTP one as that's well known to be MORE secure than SMS.

Let us sign in on desktop using icloud passkey.

I was just hacked. There should be a history of devices, IP addresses, and other more significant ways to catch thieves

Please enable MFA or PassKey for the portal

While there is limited banking information on the account, I think that 2 factor authentication would be a good feature to have. I would definitely utilize it.

support physical security keys for authentication (i.e. Ubikeys). I find it really surprising that physical keys and passkeys aren't supported

Requiring ID verification to turn off / switch to a new MFA is not pleasant. Every other app lets me do this easily. If you need MFA always, allow me to add a new one before removing previous one. Also where are you on supporting passkeys?

Ability to add email as a 2FA option instead of just text, calls, or an authenticator app
