Synchrony bank hasn't synched in MONTHS. No significant progress or updates on this despite repeated requests and there seems to be no sense of urgency to get this fixed with Plaid.

Yes, this is beyond frustrating. It doesn't synch and then if it does occasionally allow me to relink, it fails again shortly after. AND THERE IS NO WAY TO KNOW WHETHER THE RELINK WILL WORK AGAIN. I've repeatedly asked for Rocket Money to

notify me when a synch problem is resolved. All I get are representatives spewing AI-assisted boilerplate at me. Why am I paying for this service?

Same for me. No syncing with Synchrony leaves a big hole in my overall financial picture making Rocket Money almost useless. Other tools (for example Empower are able to sync with Synchrony) so its definitely do-able.

Yup and plaid definitely supports synchrony bank and has documentation on it. It's a shame it's taking so long. Really wonder what the devs are working on.
