I'd like my RM to link 100% of my credit cards, not 80 or 90%. It would also be very meaningful if RM kept their faithfully-paying customers regularly abreast of those features that are requested overwhelmingly by a significant number of customers. Like this item! That makes for great customer service and inspiring confidence in your customers.
