TIme + Contributions needed per month to COASTFIRE and to FIRE

I want to be able to quickly forecast how much I need to be contributing monthly to my retirement/brokerage monthly to hit my coastfire and fire targets. I also want to be able to modulate my targets based on desired withdrawal rate, and predicted annual spending at retirement age.
