Stop Shoving Premium in My Face

Rocket Money is supposed to help people save money, but it feels counterproductive when every time I open the app, I’m immediately hit with a pop-up pushing the premium subscription. It’s frustrating and honestly makes this platform feel more like a money grab than a helpful budgeting tool. I’d love to see a less aggressive approach to promoting premium so the focus stays on helping users manage their finances.

1000% agree. This is so annoying and makes me not want to open the app.

STOP premium upsell every time I log in

I’ve already declined the premium membership, yet the upsell pop-up appears every time I log into my account.
Seeing the same modal on every login is beyond frustrating and seriously degrades the user experience. Once a user says no, that choice should be respected for more than a single session. Repeating it at login doesn’t encourage an upgrade, it creates resentment.
Right now, the constant interruption makes me consider canceling my account rather than upgrading.

I'm on premium however can admit that it's not gracious to promote the premium subscription the way it described above. People, especially the ones who uses Rocket Money, are smart enough to distinguish honest and brutal approaches.
On the other hand I can praise the way Rocket money offer to pay fair price for subscription. Initially it was $10. When I decided to cancel I was offered $3 subscription. I'm good with that so far bc it was not long enough to test it for just a week.
