Savings Goals that do not require a Rocket Savings Account.
Arthur Jackson
I understand that this is a way to get people to sign up for a Rocket Savings account but that also restricts people who have savings accounts elsewhere and want to track goals based off the money they are putting in a separate account. For example, Monarch allows you to set a savings goal and then choose an account you want to use to track it with.
Even having multiple savings goals and allocating a certain percentage hypothetically or actually would be nice to see.

I miss the Mint app by Intuit. It had all these features being sugested here. They merge the budgeting part with credit Karma and it was not the same smh

Also, all of the other top finance apps have this feature.

Please, this is such a simple feature. Not everyone wants to set up automatic savings. I already have a savings account, I just want to be able to see a breakout of everything I’m saving for in that one account. Way easier than opening multiple savings account for each goal. Do the right thing here.

Strongly agree with this. I don't want to bank with Rocket Money, period. It's an app I use to aggregate data from other banks. Quit trying to be a swiss army knife; pick a function and serve it. Are you an app that charges me a monthly fee, or a bank masquerading as an app that only serves my needs insofar as is necessary to sucker me into forking over cash?

Agreed this would make the app perfect for what I want

Absolutely!! Mint by Intuit was the same way. You could set a goal then choose from existing linked accts to track goal progress.

Agreed, being “dumb” goal planning back that doesn’t require auto-transfers as well

100% - I also would like to ... Set a soft goal with no auto-deduct and Track cash that I am saving for my trip as well.
