There is a repeated failure in syncing accounts, so whenever I sync, I get numerous duplicates. There needs to be a find and remove duplicates feature. I have to use Google Sheets to make up for the failure.

A while ago, I lost my credit card and had a new one delivered to my house. With the new credit card, all of my previous transactions for my lost credit card were transfered to my new credit card, and because of that, Rocket Money created duplicate transactions for all of my charges to that card/account. I am now having to go back and search through thousands of duplicate transactions to make my account accurate. I am sure there is an easy way to create a feature to sense a duplicate expense (same exact price on the same exact day with the same exact vendor) and then just be able to push a button after i verify that they are in fact duplicate expenses.

I am experiencing many duplicate transactions which is resulting in Rocket Money claiming that I spent ~$40k more than I earned this year. Maybe fix this before adding any new features.

I'd like to file an enhancement request to make it easier for people to identify and deal with duplicate charges. This appears to be a common problem and such a tool should have a way of dealing with it. The duplicates I'm speaking of are with data being imported incorrectly, and we need to be made aware it has happened and be given an easy way to resolve a group of such transactions.

I got on the app today and saw at least 10 different transactions that were duplicated so my dining and drinks spending was almost double what it actually was

The benefits of the app are getting bogged down by having to balance manually anyway. Why bother? Seems pointless with how many duplicate transactions appear and mess up my budget.

There needs to be something to help remove duplicates of third site cards, accounts, and savings. I have duplicate charges that consistently need to be removed or ignored otherwise my budget spending is completely thrown off. I can’t continuously every week have to go in and delete subscriptions and reenter new ones, it is way too tedious, this app is supposed to make my finances easier not harder. As well as billings a feature that states for example will plan on charging biweekly on Fridays would help.
