It takes time to find and select the category you need to use when there are so many categories in the list. If you can hide the ones you do not need, it will make the search for a category a lot quicker and easier.

My aging parent needs to be less overwhelmed with choices. Is there a way for me to not have the full list of standard categories displayed for her every time she categorizes an expense?

I love the option to have categories and have rules to have it auto sort purchases. But some categories I don’t need like gifts. I don’t give gifts lol. But being able to remove the default categories or being able to edit what they look like / colors would be amazing. Also no offense you guys gotta get w the program. I don’t think anyone wants to use your custom icons for categories. Just let us have access to the keyboard emoji list. Way improve the experience.

This is the most frustrating feature in this app. If I am paying for a service to manage my budget- I want to be able to choose my own categories!! I understand that it is helpful to have a starting layout, but I would like to be able to add and remove budget categories to fit my needs!
