PayPal (and other Credit Cards) will trigger multiple entries. One for the hold, one for the transfer, one for the actual payment. I use Paypal for the protection and ability to talk to a live human for issues. My budget tracking requires constant cleanup for every PayPal transaction with multiple entries. ( I heard one accountant in my real estate investment class was hired to decode a PayPal account for taxes!!!) Fix: All you’d have to do is create a Multi-Transaction Category where the user decides to group identical transactions together (that come in every month) and only select one entry (the payment) to represent that identical transaction. Example: Adobe Suite: $39.99, $39.99, $39.99. Two of those are ping/transfer. It skews the budget looks like you spent about $120.00 when you only spent $39.99.

I had Rocket money when it was like Truebill or something and NEVER used it because it would look like I was spending $10,000 when I only spent $3,000. It took me a month late last year to figure out how to deal with it. So please consider a Group functionality for multiple entries of same transaction.
