My issue is it feels like, yes the subscription was negotiated and overall I “saved” money but it was not the plan I would have chosen. I typically do not choose all the bells and whistles, I choose the basic plan. Instead of saving $20 for a plan I would have approved, I “saved” $290 for a plan I would not have gotten my moneys worth since I do not have a long commute or travel.

Feels like the negotiable was within the rules of play, but does it make it right?
