My Geico insurance policies bill for each vehicle each month separately but your notifications keep telling me I have increases and decreases rather than recognizing the pattern. Same for my income. I am paid weekly and the amounts increase and decrease but your tool can't tell the difference from week to week. If it looked at the weekly or monthly patterns it would see and better project income.

One bill/subscription, multiple amounts and due dates

I have several different insurance policies through one company, they all come through my bank with the same information, the only differences are the date due and the amount. I want to be able to allocate them all to the one company (or 'bill') and set several payments and due dates under that.
Especially since it's insurance and the amounts change slightly every six months or so, I can't just set separate bills and rules for those exact amounts. I've done a workaround to split my policy payments using the 'between' and used the $ ranges but it's not 100% accurate, and it doesn't help the one insurance policy I have that comes out in 2-3 separate payments on different due dates.
This feature would also be helpful for those who prefer to do two mortgage payments per month instead of one!

I think I have a similar issue. I have a monthly membership fee for the YMCA but our daycare is also throughout the YMCA with 3 kids weekly, and i cant track them as separate bills (one monthly and 3 weekly) which would be helpful.

One thing to note here is that certain companies also have different amount from month-to-month and there isn’t an easy way to state how much the amount is going to be. My insurance can go up and down based on how I drive — for expenses that differ, but all marked into one bill, it should allow you to show the average of those bills (i.e. if it can fluctuate between 110 - 130 a month, it should say “about ~120”)

I had the same problem with my insurance companies. I was able to set rules to look at wordsin the description to assign the correct Category and rename the transactions to unique names and this stopped it. Truebill told me there was no fix for this problem but there is. Use Rules. Ill be happy to help if i can.

Great suggestion, we have plans to support this later this year!

Haroon Mokhtarzada: i solved this using Rules. There is text in description that can be used to rename payee and assign the correct category. One the names are unique they are no longer compared and those increase/decrease messages go away.

Yes! I have different subscriptions from several sources - NYTimes, Amazon, Hulu, etc. I’d like to be able to track each one on its own, rather than having Truebill tell me it went up or down.

I have the same issue with Truebill not recognizing multiple accounts from the same company. I chatted with a representative who told me she heard about this issue before. I hope they fix this because the app is otherwise great.
