I received an email from my negotiator with a note on the negotiation success, detailing how much money will be saved yearly and per month. But I don't know what my new monthly payment will be or if I need to pay a yearly lump sum to achieve the savings. I have no way to communicate with my negotiator, not even by replying to the email. There is no link to the newly negotiated bill. Will I have something for my records? At a minimum, I suggest a way to ask questions about the negotiations and final details. However, more information would also be helpful. Thank you!
