It would be nice to have Claude pull data from rocket money regarding my finances. I would like to integrate it into my own localhosts.

Do like youtube and expose your platform via REST API then support MCP/Agentic workflows. This is something that will differentiate your platform in this new age. Why can't I leverage my OpenClaw/GPTs to help me manage my finances? I get there is security aspect of it but that is what I pay you for.

Like the title suggests, connecting individual bank/institutions is not very feasible through Claude/GPT. Rocket Money is great because it already works with Plaid to aggregate these insitutions and extract financial data. I would love to have the ability to connect Rocket Money's aggregation into an MCP to make a personal agent that uses the data. This would be a really valuable opportunity and one that I think rocket money should get ahead of prior to other companies getting there first.

Please add an official MCP (Model Context Protocol) server so AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can securely access my Rocket Money data on my behalf.

MCP is the emerging open standard for connecting AI agents to apps. A read-only connector would let me ask my assistant questions like "how much did I spend on dining last month," "show my net worth trend this year," or "which subscriptions am I paying for that I haven't used," and get answers pulled live from my own data instead of exporting CSVs and pasting them in.

Suggested scope:

Read-only access to transactions, spending categories, net worth, accounts, recurring/subscriptions, and goals

Scoped OAuth with explicit per-permission consent, revocable from account settings

No write access in v1 to keep the security surface small

This would make Rocket Money the financial data source of choice for the growing number of people doing budgeting and planning through AI agents, and it's a meaningful differentiator since most competitors don't offer this yet.

I would like a Rocket Money MCP (Model Context Protocol) capability so that I can automate some of my routine chores like cleaning up transaction category tags.

I wish Rocket Money had an MCP server which I could connect with my AI provider (Claude) to help me look for apartments with my budget.
