1) Manually override a category while reviewing recent transactions

2) revisit transaction later (e.g. in a subsequent review recent transactions session)

3) the manually setting has reverted to prior setting

If a user takes the trouble to manually override a category, whether default, of rule based, the USER'S setting should take precidence!
