Manually add info for unlinkable accounts

I’d like the option to add information about accounts I have that don’t link through Plaid, for example my 401(k) through my employer. An option to simply input how much is in the account to display on the dashboard and maybe even how much I contribute each month would help with calculating my net worth and tracking retirement goals. Thank you!

Manually add info for unlinkable accounts

WE NEED THIS. I have multiple accounts that I cannot link through Plaid, or every few months, a linked account just stops working for months at a time. It should not be difficult to upload your statement or a CSV file to track your spending accurately across all accounts. Credit cards, store cards, saving acounts, etc.

Just started using this service because of the possibility. I get not having links to all institutions, may of them don’t have that kind of access, but to not allow a manual add seems pretty simplistic. That’s a basic service that been around on other platforms for a decades.

Comment to boost this. In addition to unlinkable accounts, another use case is to manually enter assets that are not managed by institutes. For example, physical assets or self-managed digital wallet. Those should also be added to net worth numbers.

Commenting here to hopefully boost this a little bit more. I have some accounts that are not recognized in the "link" list. I would love to be able to manually enter those amounts or something so that I have a full view of my finances and an accurate budget. Because of these accounts not being able to be linked, I've been using tools outside of Rocket Money, which is a shame b/c I like Rocket Money. But without this option and not having a full view of my accounts in one place, the practicality of the app is lacking.

There are several accounts i have that are not setup on Plaid so there is no linkage making the net worth feature more cumbersome. For example, i have 401k accounts with Voya, Alight, a Regions Mortgage, HSA Bank Accounts, and others that I can't link. You should have an option to add accounts manually and ideally i could just load a month-end statement (in pdf maybe) and you should be able to read the transactions and ending balances to include in the Net Worth calc.

Allow "savings" option for manually added Assets

Right now, only "Cash"category is allowed for net worth. For members whose savings accounts aren't supported by Plaid, it would be helpful to see a "savings" category so that the asset displays in the savings section on Dashboard, instead of "Cash".

To take this a step further, it would be a total game-changer if we could link these manual accounts to our actual bank transfers. For something like a retail loan that won’t sync, I’d love to just enter the interest rate and the 0% promo end dates, and then tell the app 'this recurring transfer from my checking account belongs here.' The app could then auto-project the balance based on the payments it already sees, only asking me to 'true-up' the actual number once every few months. It would make tracking un-syncable debt so much less of a chore.

I am about to quit my sub to Rocket because it seems you are not addressing basic requests.
