How long have I been a member?

I figured that out but the other account was never created. I'm paying $10 a month and can't use it. What's up with that? I would like a refund.

You can log out of your Rocket Money account by tapping on the Gear icon and then selecting 'Log Out' at the bottom of the menu that pops up. This works on both the mobile app and the desktop.
