I would like to be able to see payoff, amortization details on the dashboard for my mortgage and any loans.

I would like a feature to manage student loans, get advice about refinancing options, etc.

Please include a debt reduction and credit improvement planning tool. The feature could help users identify which loans to pay down first to accelerate the reduction of their debt-to-income ratio while also considering the potential impact on their credit score.

It could take into account factors such as:

• Interest rates on existing loans

• Loan amounts

• How payments might positively affect credit scores (if that information is available)

This tool could provide tailored recommendations to optimize debt repayment strategies while improving financial health.

You guys already know our debt, our assets and income. How about you calculate our debt to income ratio? For people with a bad ratio you can help/direct them to create goals to remedy it.

a feature that suggest payoff debt… ie. I have $2,000 “extra” should I pay off a debt (credit card) or save it, and if paying a credit card, which one? Or make extra payment to mortgage… and show a chart of the effect of the extra payment on the balance and tells me savings in payment terms/time and savings.

I would love if the app would show me all my debt such as personal loan debt and help me set a goal to pay that down. Possibly give re-financing options?

I think there should be a section to see all of your debts. For example, I have student loans I need to pay off and would love to see those debts.

Love the App so far but I think this would be a fantastic feature to add. I’ve created a goal to pay down as much debt quickly and i think if you could integrate that into the tech and design of the app so many people could get great utility from that. It would be a great marketing feature for you as well as so many personal finance professionals push the idea of paying off debt as a means for wealth building. Integrate that into a net worth tracker and your app would become so much more valuable.
