Human vs AI (allowing human conversation not per programmed AI)

How about a human…. AI isn’t a good way to handle a request because they don’t understand request that aren’t per programmed. Also this having to wait a day or days to do a cancellation that’s bullshit too. If we decide to cancel this subscription it should be handle immediately just like you taking our money immediately even tho it’s clear that the sign up information is not complete yet you charge for the service anyways.
