It would be of tremendous value to be able to forecast future spending, so that you could also forecast future savings, so that you can get an idea of how long it might take to reach a particular savings goal.

Setting up the next month's budget prior to the end of the current month. I'd like to start scheduling the next months bills as the amounts due arrive.

I like to plan ahead and having the ability to work and set next months or budgets for months ahead would be great.

I would like to be able to make a budget for an upcoming month before that month has started. It would allow for better planning without having to sit down on the 1st every month to set up my budget before I spend anything. Additionally, more intuitive monthly budgeting as a whole would be great. Budgets should be tied to months, with the ability to copy, edit, search, etc. one month without affecting others.

My wife and I like to plan our budget by month, but it is extremely difficult to plan ahead when Rocket Money prevents us from being able to navigate to any month in the future. We end up having to plan our budget elsewhere, and then change the numbers the first of the month. Could you please allow for users to be able to navigate to months in the future for budget planning purposes?

I would like to create a budget for the next month. For instance, it is now March and I want to create a budget for April.

It would be really nice if I could set the next month budget while I was still in the current month. When I have used Quicken in the past I was able to set each month budget at once. This is helpful if I know I have a big expense coming up in three months or if I know I’m going on vacation. I can plan ahead for that and then determine how much I need to save for instance.

Maybe I’m missing something and it’s already a feature but I haven’t been able to find a way to do this. Thanks!

You should be able to go one month into the future to start setting your budget for that future month. For example, today is 30 MAY and I am ready to set my June budget but I have to wait until June to do so. In this example it is only a couple of days but really I am ready to set the next month's budget about mid month. I am a big planner and love to get ahead of budgeting if I can.
