Frequency of Bank login for updating Dashboard

I do not need as many logins and updates as Rocket is making to my Checking/Savings accounts. Only 1-2 a week to update my balances. Not 4-5 times a day. To allay this, I have turned off my Bank login alerts and am less secure as a result.

I also agree. As of this date, I've been on the site for over an hour and get the login message every few minutes, even when I've been doing many clicks for several minutes. It's not looking at my activity even though it's message says I've been inactive.
