Need a feature to remove duplicate transactions, or a way to prevent the software from creating these duplicate transactions in the first place. I am not sure what causes them, but they do not exist in the account that the transactions came from.

Rocket Money has been having this issue for years, with Amex at least. All the transactions are doubled. This is a case for Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts of Practices (UDAAP). They collect our subscription money every month but do not deliver a satisfactory service. If only even one transaction is duplicated, we cannot have a true overview of our finances. Therefore it defeats the purpose of the app.

There is a repeated failure in syncing accounts, so whenever I sync, I get numerous duplicates. There needs to be a find and remove duplicates feature. I have to use Google Sheets to make up for the failure.

There is no flexibility in the credit card payment section. It creates a different account if I sel the minimum due option and then make a larger payment. It creates a new transaction and adds that amount to my monthly spending.
