Credit Card Payment Accuracy vs. Mint
Mitchell Lewis
Hi Rocket Money Support,
When I previously used Mint, it was able to display the exact amount due for each of my credit card payments every month. Since moving to Rocket Money, I’ve noticed that the credit card section only shows me an approximate value (which seems to be an average of past payments). Unfortunately, this estimate is rarely correct, so I still need to log in to each credit card account ahead of the due date to confirm the actual payment amount.
Could you clarify whether I may have set up my credit card accounts incorrectly, or if this is a current limitation in Rocket Money? If it’s a feature gap, I’d like to formally submit a feature request to add precise upcoming payment amounts, as this is a major drawback compared to Mint.
Thank you for your help!
Juliet
Hi Mitchell, thanks for reaching out about this.
This is a feature that our team is actively working on that will be coming out in the near future. I've merged your post with a similar post that will have further updates.

Credit Card Balance and Payment Date

My credit card payment is always on the 18th of each month. However, the balance cutoff for each payment is the 25th of the previous month. So, the credit card balance due for payment in the current month is never accurate in the application.
