Currently, the "Chat with us" popup stays in one place and it covers most of the left hand menu. The prompts I've given "Chat with us" usually result in needing to check or change a setting or otherwise click around on the screen. You have to completely close out of the "Chat with us" window, do the clicking, inevitably needing to go back(multiple clicks) to open the window back up to see what the directions are, and back and forth, etc. It's tedious and could be easily mitigated by allowing the "Chat with us" window to be dragged else where on the screen so it can be referenced and active while heeding the advice in real time(as opposed to having to close and reopen constantly in the middle of a conversation/help).
