AI Financial Assistant Feature Request

I’ve noticed many users requesting AI functionality that could personalize and streamline financial management. Origin already offers this with features like its AI Budget Builder and intelligent financial assistant. Based on the feedback in Rocket Money’s own feature board, there’s strong demand for similar tools—users want AI that can:
• Analyze transactions and spending trends to make tailored saving or budgeting suggestions
• Let them chat naturally with their data (e.g., “How much did I spend eating out last month?” or “What can I cut to save $500 this quarter?”)
• Automate categorization, budgeting, and forecasting tasks
• Provide scenario-based analysis (“Could I afford this expense?”) and even tax insights
Integrating a secure, privacy-focused AI assistant that combines these abilities would not only meet user expectations but help Rocket Money stay competitive as AI-driven finance tools become the norm.

This needs to be a top priority. Like others here, I am having to literally retype out my monthly spending into AI so that I can stress test my budget with specific goals in mind. If this tool does not roll out soon, I imagine you will start losing customers.

When is this feature going to available? is it planned? If not done soon, expect to lose majority of your customers? at least make it available to your non-free users. or hire me, I can use Codex to deliver this feature and standup necessary infra within a week or two.

Monarch just added this and I was listening to a podcast where they talked about this feature. It would be great to have this in Rocket Money so I have better options for learning about my spending.

You need AI Assistant or you are going to lose users fast. I need to export my data to another tool to help me budget, and come up with a financial plan. All of that should easily be done in Rocket Money. You need to invest in this. Thanks!
