Add phone support in addition to chat & email

I know that I can contact Truebill by chatting in the app, sending an email to support@truebill.com, or using their contact us page.
It would be nice at times to be able to talk to someone on the phone. Can you consider adding in phone support?

I cannot wait for your support people to come online. I work 40 or 50 hrs a week. I need to be able to talk to a person OR have someone available outside of regular work hours; like on Saturdays or Sundays!

Taking a day (typically longer) to get back to people when you’re helping people with finances seems a little too long. There should at least be a call center.

I’d actually like to talk to a human and not a robot. I’d like to actually type out my issue with the app instead of prompts the devs included so we can’t voice what is actually wrong on the app.
