Set a new section that helps you use the categories already set and separate them in accordance to your Needs/Wants/Savings, to help you better budget your finances. Also within the Categories already set in the app, allow for the use of Sub-Categories to differentiate transactions for “specific” purposes.

Ex: Category: Auto & Transport - Subcategories: Gas, Auto Repair & Maintenance, Car Wash Subscription, etc.

Allow the user to set their own parameters for budgeting. Determine Monthly Income, Categorize and Sub-Categorize in Needs/Wants/Savings.
