I would like the ability to set a different monthly budget each month. For example; change groceries budget to more/less without effecting past month’s budgets.

Completely agree with this! I would also add the ability to edit previous months budgets. I intended to create a Christmas budget in December. In the rush of the holidays, I forgot, and when I went to do this on January 2nd, it's now impossible to edit December's budget and I can't categorize my Christmas expenses. Same thing in my daughter's birthday month, sometimes you need to budget for an expense category that is only relevant for one month (and you should be able to add that anytime you're reviewing your finances retroactively)

I think what could be merged into this update would be a feature that when opted into for certain categories, the unused or overspent budget amounts carry forward into the next budget cycle. i.e. I have a 100$/Month Budget for traveling, I don't plan to travel every month, but once a year I may go on a trip that costs $1,200, lets say I take the trip in December, I will have accumulated that much into that budget category at the moment in time. This was a nice feature Mint had and would love to see it come here.

Currently it seems you can only create a budget for the current month. Being able to plan out the next month’s budget would be super helpful.

Yes! I want to be able to set next months budget while it is still this month because my income varies month to month so my budget needs to be able to change monthly

I'd also like the ability to set a different budget every month but I'd like it if it could reset on the 1st to my "preset" budget. So if I change it this month I can have my preset budget ready for next month.

although I can add different income categories, it would be very helpful to have those types of categories shown on the budget page

Having a future monthly budget would be extremely important to prepare ahead of time rather than reacting when the 1st of the month comes in. incomes and expenses do vary within our lifestyle
